 What I love about this concept is that it eliminates the whole “I am on a diet concept”. Normally when people begin a diet they give up somethings so as  to attain a certain weight or look, if they are diligent they will achieve their goal and then they reintroduce those habits they had given up and the vicious cycle begins. Lose Weight, Gain Weight….. Shred10 is about shredding those poor nutritional habits and replacing them with ones that will serve you better, introducing the regular habit of walking, running, swimming or whatever you like to do, getting more sleep which will aid your body to recover properly and also help reduce stress.
